Job Description –

  • • Administrating SPARC server (PLM WINDCHILL) & HP Design server (Cadds 5) and coordinating/ executing solutions through interaction with in-house and overseas specialist.
  • • Monitoring PLM Windchill Application and executing solutions.
  • • Coordinating with in-house IT teams and vendors for maintenance of hardware’s and software.
  • • Backup and Restore operations of PLM Windchill database and application.
  • • Supporting PLM Windchill users.
  • • Giving technical support to clients for Administrating SPARC server (PLM WINDCHILL) & HP Design server.
  • • Coordination with in-house/ overseas IT teams, vendors etc for various software and hardware issues.
  • • Generating and Analysing Access log reports from Windchill Applications and Servers.

Candidate Skill Required –

  • • SOLARIS 10 administration
  • • Windchill Administration
  • • Knowledge on Oracle database
  • • Knowledge of Windows
  • • Knowledge of other database management tools

Experience – 2 to 3 Years

Educational Qualification – Minimum B COM, M Com Preferred, OR BE, BSc

Job Description –

  • • Co-ordination with client for delivery of material, starting from the FAT/Inspection to delivery till invoicing (Inspn of, RFS/PL/DC/E way bill, DI, CRC, Inv docs/WC/COO, Insp/FAT doc sub) Administrative work for the project (co-ordination for car/hotel) - Maintaining records of the project details for report/status purpose (invoices, deliveries)
  • • Archival of all project documents
  • • Handling local purchases of IT, Offices, catering etc (including looking for suppliers in market, understanding the requirement & defining the SOW for service, tendering, commercial negotiation, preparation of documents and Purchase orders and implementing a compliant order)
  • • Managing invoices of supplier and follow-up for the clearance of their payments (compliance docs etc)
  • • Dealing with vendors and customers for above areas

Candidate Skill Required –

  • • Excellent communication skill
  • • Good contract drafting skills, Contract Maintaining
  • • Methodical approach
  • • Good record keeping

Experience – 03 to 05 Years of experience in Shipping/Logistic Industry or Shipbuilding Industry

Educational Qualification – Any Graduate

  1. 1) Local Procurement
  2. 2) Overseas Procurement & Import Custom Clearance
  3. 3) Storage & Transportation

Warranty Claim Equipment:

  1. 1) Documentation with Client
  2. 2) Transportation to Warehouse
  3. 3) Packaging & Export Custom Clearance
  4. 4) Import Custom Clearance after repair

Candidate Skill Required

  • • Import & Export Procedure & Clearance
  • • Logistics & Warehousing
  • • Proficient at English with excellent written communication skills

Experience – 03 to 05 Years

Educational Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management

Job Description –

  • • Coordination with client for delivery of equipment to subcontractors.
  • • Coordination with local subcontractor for pickup of equipment
  • • Coordination with logistics team for facilitating the Inward / Outward of the vehicle
  • • Coordination with subcontractor for analysis spares requirement, repair, technical queries, FAT and delivery to client.

Candidate Skill Required - Knowledge of French Language will be preferred to communicate to French counterparts & Subcontractors.
